Completed in 1993 this home is set at the top of a knoll and takes advantage of the spectacular ocean and mountain views in all directions. The entrance drive winds through an oak woodland to the north and then opens to a view of the main facade with its engaged Byzantine tower and entrance portal. Upon entering you are presented with an axial view through the orangery of the garden to the south and of the ocean. The remainder of the house is laid out in the classic 1920s "H" plan with each room opening from the main gallery to gardens, terraces and and distant views.
